Guarantee policy:

Here at Flowerhornkamfa.com we guarantee live arrival.   We ship our fish in insulated boxes with heat packs.  We also use a shipping buddy that reduces ammonia increases oxygen and calms the fish to reduce stress. We do not feed for 24 hours before shipping to help reduce ammonia and waste in the bag.   We take every precaution.   If the fish arrives dead we need a photo of the fish immediately.  We do not guarantee the fish if you put it in a tank with other fish and it kills your other fish or the Flowerhorn  gets killed.  Please freeze the fish because we may ask you to send it back to us if we can’t see the picture well enough to see if the fish has been killed by other fish.

There will be a $7.50 box charge and packing fee.

Shipping is non-refundable in all cases.

Dry goods:  All packaging must be kept like new.  If the packaging is damaged and you wish to return the product there will be a 20% restocking fee.  Box charge/handling fee will not be credited back as we have to pay people to do that work and they will not give us credit.

We are currently having issues with the shipping part of our site so shipping will be calculated separately using the USPS postage calculator.

At this time we do not ship outside of the U.S.  The shipping cost would be extremely pricey to the customer as well as more risky and we do not want to put this burden any customers.

Thank you

Welcome!

Now that we have moved from California to a beautiful farm in TN I went off to visit the flowerhorn farmers in Thailand.  I do not tranship, I do not buy fish I have not picked myself.  I feel my fish are best because I get first choice over everything that comes to AMERICA or CHINA.  I have 150 new awesome SUPER RED DRAGON Flowerhorn.  We are also starting to breed African Cichlids.  Also new to our site are Hagen products.  More product coming soon.  Thanks for coming to our site.  We hope you like it.

Check out our new fish food now available in our Aquarium Supplies section under fish food. Who doesn't want one of these?
